TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Enchanted Crystal Subscription Box is a service provided by Enchanted Crystal LLC. These terms and conditions govern you (“you” or “your”) the access to and use of the EnchantedCrystal.com web site and all services provided by Enchanted Crystal LLC via EnchantedCrystal.com including without limitation any of our monthly subscription plans, subscription boxes, one-time purchases, and/or gift services.

All subscriptions plans can be adjusted through your account settings.

After checkout, along with your payment, a pending charge of $1.00 or less will be applied to your account by our payment processor CrateJoy. This is simply an authorization hold, it will not post, and will disappear without charging your credit card. More details can be found here.

As a subscribed Enchanted Crystal member, each month we ship you a package containing a selection of crystals and minerals varying in size and type. The amount received is determined by the package you are subscribed to. Each month of the subscription the selection of crystals change, and we cannot guarantee availability of specific crystals for all packages.

It is your responsibility to cancel any subscription plan. You may email support@enchantedcrystal.com to request changes, however, we are not responsible if there is a delay in cancellation and you are charged again. We, at Enchanted Crystal LLC, ensure that we will give the best customer service to our ability and complete any requests (within reason) in a timely manner.

You are responsible for ensuring your mailing address is correct, secure, and safe from elements or possible theft. Enchanted Crystal LLC will not be responsible for any returned or undeliverable boxes. Contact support@enchantedcrystal.com if this issue occurs.

Refunds are not available for prepaid plans or already shipped subscription boxes. Shipping typically happens around the 5th of every month.

If your subscription has already renewed and you wished to cancel, you must request a refund within 5 (five) calendar days of being billed.

Example: All subscriptions renew on the 15th of every month, to be eligible for a refund you must request one by the 20th of that month.

We will be unable to honor any refund requests of this nature following the 5th calendar day of your rebilling term.

Send a refund request with order info and account email to support@enchantedcrystal.com.

Subscribers may not return any crystals, minerals, or products they receive in the Enchanted Crystal subscription box.

If a crystal or mineral is damaged during shipping due to a packaging error, please email support@enchantedcrystal.com with a photo and explanation of the problem. We will consider a replacement and/or refund if deemed necessary.
